Josephine Ng, BSc, DipION, MBANT
Josephine is from Singapore and had been a journalist for about 20 years. She came to London in 1998 as a financial journalist with the world's biggest news agency. Josephine got into nutritional therapy studies after researching into nutrition for her own health benefits. She has since given up her financial journalist job to become a full-time nutritional therapist.
Josephine's interest in mood, brain and mental health disorders came from having helped someone close to her who suffered from deep depression, anxiety, stress and panic attacks.

Lucinda Bevan, DipION, MBANT
Lucinda has worked as a caterer for the past 30 years and is passionate about food. She has built a reputation for producing high quality food whilst addressing ever more exacting nutritional concerns. Currently she is also working in a school where she is responsible for ensuring the food is balanced, fresh and meets high nutritional standards.
Lucinda has found a growing link to the foods we eat, our lifestyles and mood. She has spent a considerable amount of time researching this area.

Inderjit Gill, PhD, DipION, MBANT
Inderjit has more than 30 years of scientific research experience in both academia and corporate business. Inderjit developed interest in nutritional therapy after several of her own health problems were resolved by nutritional intervention. Her commitment to addressing mental health disorders came from having cared for and helped relatives who suffered from acute mental illnesses.
Being of Indian origin, Inderjit can provide consultations in a number of languages and help fulfil the cultural needs of the ethnic minority.
